The World Bank wants to "invest" in the climate

The FOE are running a campaign against the proposed Climate Investment Funds suggested by the World Bank.

The two counterpoint are the both very long proven track record of flagrant lack of disregard for both environmental concerns and human right on the behalf of the World Bank. And also the fact the World Bank is largest lender towards construction of dirty energy plants, such as coal etc.
